Shipping:Your order which is in-stock will be shipped from our regional distribution center within two (2) working days. You can order any out-of-stock items or your special requirements, and then we will confirm you the ready time. The delivery is based on the class of service you choose. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to the confirm delivery schedule.
We will provide you two shipping company which are FedEx and VNPS (Vietnam Post Service). WIth FedEx, it will take from 2-4 days to delivery your shipment to your door. FedEx has online tracking number, so you can track your shipment whenver you want. With VNPS, it normally takes 1 weeks to 4 weeks to reach your doors. In extraordinary circumstances, it will take almost 2 weeks to reach your door and have no tracking number.

Guarantee:In the case, you are dissatisfied with your Lechat Studio purchase because of wrong color, defective items, missed items, you must contact our customer service within 2 days you received the order. Our Customer Service will solve these problems for you.
Upon reception of the goods as described above we will refund your credit card at the original selling price of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping cost or we will exchange it according to your wish.
We will contact you upon receipt of the returned merchandise. - Returned items should be sent by registered mail. We will not be held responsible for any loss in transit.
